崗位職責描述
崗位職責:
1. Responsible for daily import and export processing and logistics.
負責日常進出口流程操作和物流運輸事宜。
2. Deal with affairs refers to all relevant licenses for import and export, co-ordinate internal management and conduct document management.
做好進出口相關許可相關事宜,保持公司內部協調,并做好相應文件管理
3. Arrange import customs clearance and deliveries for equipment and spare parts.
安排并處理設備和零件進口清關手續
4. Ensure all import/export operations in compliance with the company’s business control requirements and governments regulations;
確保所有進出口業務符合公司的業務要求和政府法規
5. Coordinate and communicate with other department such as financial, planning, purchasing and warehouse
保持與財務, 計劃,采購,倉庫等相關部門的協調溝通。
6. Archive related documents systematically
系統地保存有關的文檔。
任職要求
1. Team work spirit, rich experience in import and export business, be familiar with customs policies and regulations
豐富進出口業務經驗,熟悉國家有關的海關政策及進出口法規,良好的團隊合作精神.
2. 3 years Import and Export customs clearance experience with customs broker and related certificates. Purchasing experiences is a plus.
3年報關員工作經驗,有報關員證,有采購經驗者優先
3. Good written and oral English, proficient in MS office, e.g. Word, Excel and Power Point;
良好的書面和口語英語,熟練運用各類辦公軟件. 例如 Word, Excel, 和Power Point
4. Careful, good communication ability and can work under pressure
仔細,良好的溝通協調能力,能承受一定的工作壓力
5. College or above, Major in Trade, Logistics, English
大專學歷以上;貿易物流英語類
