5、Rich customer service professional knowledge, familiar with the principals and methods of customer relationship management.
豐富的客戶服務專業知識,熟悉客戶關系管理原則和方法。
6、Excellent team building and management abilities, good communication and coordination skills.

職位描述:
In charge of the overall sales and service department's daily work. 全面負責售后服務部門的日常工作。
全面負責售后服務部門的日常工作。
1、Be responsible for installation and commissioning of the machine.
負責機器的安裝和試運轉。
2、Be responsible to set up the customer service macro-strategy、policy and process.
負責客服部門宏觀戰略、制度及流程的制定;
3、Be responsible for daily management of the dept and the guidance、training and evaluation of the subordinates.
負責部門的日常管理工作及下屬員工的指導、培訓及評估;
4、Plan the overall performance indicators of the customer service dept, evaluate and control the budget.
客服部門整體業績指標的規劃以及預算的評估、控制;
5、Build customer service system platform and continuously optimize.
搭建客戶服務系統平臺,并不斷優化;
6、Establish, maintain and improve the working standards and models of the customer service system.
建立、維護和改善客戶服務體系的工作標準和模式;
7、Develop customer service quality standards, ensure customer service work follow the process and standard.
制定客戶服務質量標準,保證客服工作流程化、標準化;
8、Regularly collect customer feedback, analyze customer's requirements.
定期整理搜集客戶反饋,進行客戶需求分析;
9、Make customer service plan to improve customer satisfaction.
制定客服計劃以提高客戶滿意度。
10、Learn new product knowledge and continuously improve the overall service level of self and service team.
學習新產品知識,不斷地提高自身及服務團隊的整體服務水平。
