崗位要求:
●Engineering degree with good technical skills工程相關專業,有良好的專業技能
●At least 8 years working experience in a machinery sales field dealing in the textiles processing.至少八年以上的紡織機械銷售行業的相關經驗
●At least 5 years working experience as key account manager in textile machinery manufacturing company至少5年在紡織機械制造公司的客戶經理的工作經驗
●Able to deal with decision makers, such as Owners CEO's Plant managers有能力和決策者溝通,如企業主首席執行官工廠經理
●Speak fluent English in writing and speaking英語寫說流利
●Target focused做事專注
●Be able to work under pressure能承受壓力
●Willing to travel extensively within China能在中國范圍內出差
職責描述:
-Plan and execute sales activities & campaigns to implement company's overall sales strategy to develop new customers and meet the assigned sales target.
通過計劃并執行銷售活動來實施公司總體銷售戰略,發展新客戶并實現預定的銷售目標
-Lead sales activities with potential customers who are of strategic importance to the company; influence decision-making of the customer during the process of visits, presentations and contract negotiations.
對公司的戰略重要性的潛在客戶開展銷售活動;在拜訪客戶的過程中,能對客戶決策,報告和合同談判產生影響
-Monitors the market information of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques
監控競爭對手的產品的市場信息和服務,組織和評估他們的營銷和銷售技巧
-Coach sales personnel on product knowledge, business environment, procedures and working skills which are necessary for dealing with customers; motivate team members and communicate with them about target setting, performance review and development plan

-Prepare sales forecast and budgets; monitor sales volume revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problems areas; analyze reasons and work on solutions for making improvement

-Establishes distributors and key account relationships and ensures they are managed properly

New project development analysis, expenses budget, developing schedule and plan controlling, report to GM about development starts of new product新項目開發的分析,費用預算,發展規劃和規劃控制,向總經理匯報關于新產品開發的進程
